About Us FortuneFlow was started in 1999 after more than a year of software development on our first product. The first email merge product on the market that was tightly integrated with ACT! and also the first to do HTML Email / Fax & Mail merges by device priority, depending on what type of addresses you have, and even personalized attachments: 3D FortuneFlow Engineer for ACT! Since that time we've been on the cutting edge of e-Marketing. Other products we've developed include FortuneFlow HTML Edition, e-BLAST! for ACT! 6.0 and e-Scribe for ACT! 6.0 - the most sophisticated data import, clean-up and manipulation tool ever devised! When ACT! discontinued ACT 6.0 (2004), we started looking for the best possible replacement. We know what we want - a robust, scalable, web enabled, platform that works with whatever your favorite RDBMS happens to be, such as MS SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, etc. and that it has an "open" back end, so we can tailor solutions easily to be exactly what the customer needs, not just what the vendor will allow you to do with a limited, slower, proprietary API. Open standards are the way to go. One size fits all, doesn't fit anyone quite right! We found what we were looking for when we found WiredContact. Like us, they started as ACT! add-on developers and migrated to SQL based systems. Like us, they provide exceptional service and support and like us they are obsessed with building the best CRM tools possible. We are discontinuing our ACT! 6.0 based products, but continue to support our users and renew licenses. We are serious about providing a level of
